Mitzi and Oliver chose the beautiful Kenmare for the location for their wedding. Holy Cross Church & Dromquinna Manor were their choice of venues. Mitzi loved the idea of incorperating all the lovely woodland surroundings into their wedding flowers. For her own bouquet we included wild foliages such as thistle and ferns with pale pink David Austin garden roses for a hint of colour.
The bridesmaids Dresses were a lovely misty blue grey colour, so we used the deep blue thistle to bring out this colour in the bouquets.
We kept the rustic woodland theme in the church with the untity arrangement done in a rustic crate with wild flowers
We used our Milk churns with wild flowers for the outside of the church. Along with wood stumps that Mitzi herself sourced. We decorated these with moss and a few jam jars filled with wild flowers
After the ceremony, we brought back the altar arrangement and reused it for the top table
This was an idea Mitzi had of incorperating dried lavender into the table plan. We filled a crate with babies breath and lavender. It was very effective and gave off a lovely smell in the reception.
It was such a pleasure working with Mitzi and Oliver, they are such a lovely couple and I am sure they will be very happy for years to come:) A special thank you to photographer Magda Lukas for the amazing pictures!
