This was a very memorable wedding from August last summer. It started off as a very wet day in Killarney where Karen and Kevin chose to say their vows in Fossa church. I remember standing outside the church in the pouring rain waiting for Karen to arrive from Cork so that I could give her bouquet before she walked down the Isle. She looked absolutely stunning and was not fazed at all by the rain.
Karen chose the perfect seasonal flower combination for her bouquet. White peonies, freesia and avalanche roses.
For the ceremony, we used hydrangeas and draping organza on the pew ends with a beautiful altar arrangements with hydrangeas and roses in it.
The four bridesmaids wore blue and we kept their bouquets simple with white hydrangea and avalanche roses.
The reception was held in the Dunloe Castle Hotel
The centrepieces were a combination of tall and low vases filled with hydrangeas, roses, gyp and garden foliage’s
The top table flowers were clusters of cubed vases with scented flowers in them, stocks, hydrangeas and roses.
I loved doing these flowers, its always such a pleasure working with a bride who appreciates and loves flowers as much as I do:)
Thanks to Karen and Kevin for sharing some of their photos with me.
