Fresh Bouquets

Take care when removing the cellophane. This is sometimes used as a reservoir for water (aqua bouquet) to keep your bouquet fresh during delivery. This is usually sufficient to store the flowers until a vase becomes available. Cut the stems at an angle about 4cm from the end and at an angle. Fill a vase with water, add flower food and place the flowers into the vase. Keep your flowers in a cool location away from draughts, direct heat or sunlight. Top up regularly with water.  Some of your flowers may still be in bud. This is because we want you to enjoy them for as long as possible.

Lilies

Lily pollen can stain. Please carefully remove lily stamens from any newly opening blooms and avoid direct contact. If the stamen grains get on your clothes, do not wipe but rather use a vacuum cleaner to remove as much of the grains as possible before washing thoroughly. We find this gives the clothes the best chance

Terry-Ann Collection Roses

Our exclusive collection of preserved roses will last year after year if properly cared for. These are real, natural roses and as such will naturally degrade over time. However, in order to minimise this and to maintain their lustre, we advise:

  • Do NOT water
  • Keep out of direct sunlight or heat
  • Avoid humid or wet environments
  • Handle with care
